Endo San has invited Sake Samurai Natsuki Kikuya to create one of the largest bespoke Sake collections at Kioku Sake Bar, with over 100 types to choose from. Alongside our Sake section you will discover a host of Japanese-inspired cocktails created by the beverage team, making our bar the perfect place to enjoy a drink before heading up to the rooftop, to celebrate and host private events.

Thursday, 27th November – We are is delighted to host the next event in our sake masterclass series at Kioku Sake Bar on Thursday, 27th November, featuring one of Japan’s most renowned breweries, Dassai. Guided by acclaimed wine and sake expert Anthony Rose, explore six expressions of Dassai, including a rare special label, alongside light snacks. Dassai, crafted in Yamaguchi Prefecture by Asahi Shuzo, is celebrated worldwide for its elegant junmai daiginjo and pioneering approach to sake-making. Make your booking in the link below.
