This will be a unique opportunity to explore one of the most exciting new names in the global sake scene. During the session, guests will be guided through distinct expressions from the producer, each paired with thoughtfully curated canapés designed to highlight the versatility and elegance of these sakes.
This intimate tasting offers a rare chance to experience a pioneering European kura and gain insight into the craft, innovation, and story behind each pour.
Notes on the Producer
Saké de Bordeaux (水の辺酒造), founded in November 2025 in Mios (Gironde), is led by toji Tomoo Oda, formerly of Takizawa Shuzo (Japan) and Wakaze (France). Using Arcachon mineral water, Camargue organic rice, and wine yeasts, it is one of seven sake breweries now operating in France.
