On Friday 17th October, Kioku by Endo is honoured to welcome Wagyu Master Kentaro Nakahara for an exclusive collaboration at our intimate eight-seat Chef’s Table.
Known as “Tokyo’s most famous wagyu chef”, Kentaro – San is the owner of the renowned Sumibi Yakiniku Nakahara in Tokyo, where his mastery of wagyu butchery and grilling has earned him international acclaim.
For one night only, Kentaro-San will join forces with Executive Chef George Gkoregias and Head Sushi Chef Shibata Takehito to present a refined tasting menu that celebrates the heritage, artistry, and precision of Japanese wagyu, elevated with Kioku’s signature creativity. A tasting menu where Kentaro will have 2 dishes featured will be available in the main restaurant for main restaurant diners, along with our à la carte.
