Thursday, 27th November – We are delighted to host the next  sake masterclass in the series at Kioku Sake Bar on Thursday, 27th November, featuring one of Japan’s most renowned breweries, Dassai. Guided by acclaimed wine and sake expert Anthony Rose, explore six expressions of Dassai, including a rare special label, alongside light snacks. Dassai, crafted in Yamaguchi Prefecture by Asahi Shuzo, is celebrated worldwide for its elegant junmai daiginjo and pioneering approach to sake-making. Make your booking in the link below.
