Sake Masterclass Series

Sake Masterclass Episode 10. Dojima Sake Brewery
Join us on Tuesday 18th March at 5pm and embark on a one-of-a-kind sake journey at Kioku Sake Bar’s exclusive Sake Masterclass series featuring Dojima Sake Brewery, the first sake brewery in the UK built by the esteemed Hashimoto family, whose original brewery in Osaka boasts a history spanning over 200 years. Nestled within the scenic grounds of the Fordham Abbey estate in Cambridgeshire, Dojima brings together the rich traditions of Japan with the serene beauty of English heritage.
For this special event, Dojima will be sharing rare and vintage sakes straight from their cellar – including exceptional offerings that typically cost £1000 a bottle. This is a unique opportunity to taste world-class sakes, learn about the artistry behind their creation, and understand the dedication to craftsmanship that has made Dojima a standout name in the sake world.
Fordham Abbey, with its 60-acre estate, Japanese garden, shrine to the sake gods, and charming venue, provides the perfect backdrop to experience the depth and elegance of Dojima’s sake.
Tickets are £95 per person, which includes all tastings throughout the evening and special canapés using Ma Kombu products from Tsujushin Konbu in Kobe. Don’t miss out on this rare chance to explore Dojima Sake like never before.
