Kioku by Endo is a restaurant sitting atop The OWO in Whitehall; a building steeped in history. It is the project of third-generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi, who has created a place where Japanese culinary heritage fuses with world-class technique.

Our lunch service runs from Tuesday to Sunday, with our Bento lunches, a popular choice for younger diners, running between Wednesday and Sunday. May half term is the perfect time to enjoy our rooftop terrace, with the city blooming beneath you.
The Kioku Bento: Lunch Designed for Sharing
For £40pp Tuesday to Sunday, diners can enjoy our Kioku Bento offering; a structured and approachable way to experience Kioku. It’s a refined yet relaxed interpretation of our wider menu, bringing together traditional techniques and carefully selected ingredients in a format suited to a shorter lunch.
Bento highlights include chirashi, delicate chawanmushi, further seasonal dishes and your choice of main. Variety, sharing, theatre, and conversation are all guaranteed when you dine with us at lunch time during half term.

Getting to Kioku by Endo
Kioku is on the 6th floor of The OWO, 57 Whitehall, London SW1A 2BX. You can reach us via the nearest tube stops, which include Embankment, Charing Cross, and Westminster; these are all around a 6-minute walk away.
We are also a 12-minute walk from Covent Garden and 10 minutes from Leicester Square, which is useful if you are already spending the day in central London.
