On Wednesday 19th March, Kioku by Endo will host an exclusive dining experience with Michelin-starred Somerset restaurant Osip, marking the debut of its Collaboration Dinner series. This special evening brings together third-generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi, Kioku’s Executive Chef George Gkoregias, and Osip’s Chef Patron Merlin Labron-Johnson for a unique 8-course menu that combines Japanese, British, and Mediterranean influences.
The menu will spotlight seasonal and sustainable ingredients. Signature dishes from Kioku include our renowned nigiri, temaki, and the innovative “Introduction to Tuna” tableside experience featuring multiple variations of the iconic fish. Osip will present dishes such as grilled monkfish with miso sauce, ramson capers, and seasonal bitter leaves, embodying the restaurant’s hyper-seasonal and farm-to-table ethos.
Held at Kioku’s stunning rooftop restaurant atop the Old War Office building, diners will enjoy sweeping 360-degree views of London’s iconic skyline. The evening promises a celebration of bold flavours, intricate craftsmanship, and harmonious textures, marrying the West Country’s rich culinary traditions with the precision of Japanese cuisine.
